Job Description:

  1. Define strategy to design, build and handover all DevOps delivery requirements and enhancements, as well as continuous improvement of existing solutions in order to enhance efficiency, cost and operations.
  2. Design roadmap for the DevOps services
  3. Defining standards process, standard document, and standard SLA for all type of services
  4. Design and consultation with cross function teams for business projects
  5. Define strategy to ensure all types of services can run optimally in a 24/7 period
  6. Design mechanism to ensure all transaction data can be settled and reconciled according to agreed standards with client and partner
  7. Develop DevOps team to be able to support high availibility and high responsiveness services support team
  8. Develop system, process, and mechanism to fix customer complaints issue and make it as feedback to improve the process and product
  9. Maintain relationship with key customer and partner

Requirement:

  1. Bachelors required, advanced degree a plus.
  2. More than 6 years experiences expertise on managing operational project & services
  3. Expertise in Operational & Service Excellent
  4. Strong leadership, team building and organizational skills.
    Deep understanding of networking (switching/routing protocols, load balancing, security, perimeter and firewalls)
  5. Experience in high pressured, fast-paced environments with multiple critical systems and multiple delivery objectives simultaneously
  6. Experience in high volume transactional system (banking, payment, mobile, etc) is a plus
  7. ITIL Certified

Job Description:

  1. Design company’s financial strategies and policies as outlined in the short, medium and long-term plans to achieve the target
  2. Manage, monitor and control all finance activities start from planning, allocating cash in-out and financial reporting (cashflow, P/L, etc)
  3. Perform short, medium and long-term corporate financial projections (include annual budgetting)
  4. Determine the parameters of the company’s financial health ratio and periodically monitor it
  5. Running an updated and reliable inventory management strategy to support business needs.
  6. Develop a finance team to be able to effectively & efficiently achieve company targets
  7. Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements

Requirement:

  4. Proven ability to coach and develop staff as well as technical ability to coordinate functional business activities
  5. Must be effective working in a team environment with strong collaboration skills to gain alignment within an organization
  6. Must be able to work in a challenging environment with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  7. Experience in sales force strategy and optimization projects
  8. Very strong financial management skills with a demonstrated ability specifically in pricing and forecasting.
