People who use toll road frequently should ensure they have electronic money by this October. Bank of Indonesia and Ministry of Public Work and Housing have established that all payment transaction in toll must use electronic money. The purpose is none other for the faster and easier transaction in toll entrance so the line will decrease.

Numbers of Bank (electronic money issuer) have become partner with Toll-road Business Agency in implementing this policy. They are Mandiri Bank (e-Money), BRI (Brizzi), BNI (TapCash), BTN (Blink) and BCA (Flazz). Electronic money can be found in related banks, and the top up process can be done in ATM, branch offices or store affiliated with banks.

Payment using electronic money is a program between Bank Indonesia and Ministry of Public Work and Housing in order to do electronification in Toll road. This program aims for Multi Lane Free Flow (MLFF) as the final result, so the users don’t need to stop to just pay the toll fee in the entrance. MLFF should start from the awareness of using electronic money in micro-payment in daily life, so the efforts of socialization will be easier.
